Select canvases are available with curated thread kits. If a design offers a kit option, you’ll see it directly on the product page. We currently kit with Tilli Tomas and Rainbow Gallery threads.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. (Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.)

Every Georgie & Lottie canvas is painted by hand, which means each piece is truly unique. Because our products are created in small batches and individually crafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your experience matters to us.

If your order arrives with an issue — like damage in transit or an error with what you received — please let us know so we can make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with any concerns. Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll take care of you.

We hope to expand in the future, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.

You can take your completed canvas to any professional finisher. We also offer some leather items so you can self-finish.
